we hold dear
We aim to root all our
beliefs in the authoritative
Word of God. Since we
are a Reformed church,
we trace our heritage
back to the 16th century
teachings of the European
Reformers, especially
John Calvin. Reformed
thought really stretches
further back than Calvin
to St. Augustine and ultimately
to the teachings of the
apostle Paul.
Catechisms and creeds
give us a failthful representation
of Bible teaching. We
subscribe to the Heidelberg
Catechism, Belgic Confession
of Faith, and The Cannons
of Dort, as well as agreeing
with the Westminster Standards.
